The other day in one of my mastermind meetings, I was overwhelmed with a wonderful feeling of desiring only the very best for my team. I wish for each member of my team to succeed in the achievement of their wildest dreams, and I am here to be of service in any way I can.

Right now, in your job or business, do you feel like you’re getting paid LESS than what you’re worth?
The amount of income you are currently earning is significantly influenced by how much you truly think you are worth (speaking economically). If you’re earning less than what you believe you’re worth, then you’ll most likely feel some resentment towards your job or business. If you’re earning more than what you believe you’re worth, then it won’t be long until your income makes an adjustment.
As I’m working towards purchasing my first business, my mentors and mastermind members have asked me how much I would like to earn from my business. The easy answer would be to to default to the amount of income I’m currently earning from my job. The difficult answer is to really look within myself and determine how much I really believe I am worth and capable of earning with an online business. My goal is $15,000/month.
If you’re reading this post, I’m certain there is a voice inside of you telling you that you are capable of earning more.
Is it possible to increase your income earning power and value? Is it possible to generate an income that supports your desired lifestyle?
Yes, it’s all definitely possible as long as you can wholeheartedly believe it and take the necessary actions to increase your value to the marketplace.
Always focus on providing greater service in everything you do. Once you begin to understand your own self worth, you’ll be able to take the appropriate actions to develop or increase your skills, which will increase your value.
So, do you believe you can take action to increase your value and income earning power?

The worst thing about worrying is that it can paralyze you from taking any action at all.
At my current job, a few folks that I work with know that my primary objective is to purchase my first profitable online business.
These same co-workers have dreamed about owning their own business too, but have allowed their worries to prevent them from doing anything about it. Their worrisome thoughts have effectively stopped them from thinking about the positive possibilities of owning a business.
Don’t allow worrisome thoughts to paralyze you. Worry can be helpful when you use it as a motivation to take action.
From Dale Carnegie’s book, How to Stop Worrying and Start Living, here are 4 steps you can take right now to overcome worry.
1⃣ Get all the facts.
2⃣ Weigh all the facts — then come to a decision.
3⃣ Once a decision is reached, take action!
4⃣ Write out and answer the following questions:
a. What is the problem?
b. What are the causes of the problem?
c. What are the possible solutions?
d. What is the best possible solution?
Worry is a mental enemy that can be defeated. Continue to make moves towards buying/building your online business and worry will won’t stand a chance!
Do you spend time worrying about things that haven’t happened (and most likely won’t), or do you believe YOU have the ability to significantly influence your own results.
When we worry, we direct our attention towards negative outcomes. This can be fine, as long as you remain aware and choose not to linger with these negative feelings. To properly handle worrisome thoughts, you need to be able to recognize them.
Recognition is not enough.
Once recognized, it’s essential that you take action in the presence of worry. Any positive action forward will help build your momentum.
To be a Warrior over your worries, you need to find a way to see “worry” as a challenge. Worry is your mental enemy, attempting to launch its attack from inside your mind.
As a Warrior, you possess the power to master your mind; you can direct your thoughts towards your desired outcomes. Your thoughts will drive your actions through, and past worry.
Worry is helpless against your consistent and committed dream-building actions. It fears that you will discover that freedom from worry can be just a few steps ahead of you.
So are you a worrier, or a Warrior?
Be sure to tag your fellow warriors and those that may need a gentle reminder. Know this: by uplifting those around you, you end up elevating yourself. 💪
Are you taking focused action on what you need to do to make your online dreams come true?
Do you ever feel as if you’ve lost a bit of your focus?
It happens to all of us.
Recently, I’ve been physically and mentally pulled in so many different directions. I’m working a full-time job, in a long distance relationship, self-educating myself, developing my team, building masterminds, and so on.
There’s so many wonderful things to do and focus on, that a slight shift in the wrong direction can leave us feeling unfocused.
Fortunately, there are also several ways to find your focus and get back on track.
Here are 9 ways to find your focus:
1⃣ Declutter. This applies to your work space as well as your mind.
2⃣ Take a break. Sometimes all we need is some time away from what we’re doing to re-connect with our focus. Getting away from everything can help you remember what’s important.
3⃣ Change your environment. Whether it’s simply stepping outside or traveling to distant lands, change up your scenery and the energy of your surroundings.
4⃣ Take a step back and look at the “big picture”. We can get so focused on the details that we forget why we’re doing all this in the first place. You can’t see the picture if you’re standing inside the frame.
5⃣ Limit your distractions. Enough said.
6⃣ Schedule focused time. Set aside blocks of time for you to focus on specific actions. Mark your calendar to make it real.
7⃣ Set timelines. Without a set date that you’re committed to keep, procrastination will play games with you and your focus.
8⃣ Get up and start moving! You can change your mental state by changing your physical state. There is a positive relationship between exercise and focus/productivity.
9⃣ Get back to basics. Beware of overcomplicating things when your focus is right in front of you. Adjust accordingly and get back to what you do best.
Finding your focus can take time, but in due time you will find that it’s all in your mind. 😉

It doesn’t take any extra effort to think realistically. Thinking beyond your current situation and outside expectations is the real challenge.
For example, I can easily ignore my dreams and just cruise through life with a job because that’s what everyone else is doing. When I share my goal to own multiple online businesses with friends and family, I typically get the same response: Be realistic.
Most people view the challenge of making their dreams a reality as unpleasant or an impossible journey. It doesn’t have to be.
If you’re a follower of this page or somehow stumbled across this post, I have reason to believe that you view your dreams differently.
Giving yourself permission to dream unrealistically can be a daring adventure. It can be a challenge you enjoy taking because of what it makes of you. There’s a deep feeling inside that tells you that your greatest accomplishments won’t come from being realistic.
Yes, the path to owning online businesses may be “totally unrealistic”, but luckily, we wouldn’t have it any other way. 😉
Today, at work I passed by some folks and overheard them talking about money and how they wished they had more of it. I was excited to join in on the conversation, but before I could turn around, they all sighed deeply in unison and it was clear they didn’t actually believe it was possible. They had no real intentions to act upon their wishes so I just moved on.
Do you merely wish to own a profitable online business or do you possess the deep belief that you have what it takes to make it happen?
To advance beyond the wishing stage and into turning nothing into something, follow these 3 steps:
1⃣ Start with your ideas and imagination.
Know this: everything begins with an idea. Everything originates in your own mind first and then materializes in the outside world around you. How do you imagine your online business to be? Form a clear mental picture of your business and lifestyle.
2⃣ Have faith and believe that what you imagine is possible for you.
Faith is the ability to see things that don’t yet exist. You must wholeheartedly believe that what you imagine is possible for you. There may be a large gap between where you are currently and where you want to be, but you must possess an unwavering belief in the possibility. If you don’t truly believe that your online business is possible for you, then why should anybody else?
3⃣ Take action and make it real!
Your imagination and belief are not enough; you must also take action to make it real! You’ll have to hustle and work hard to make your online business a reality. Many ideas die without being given a chance to grow because no decisive action was applied to the idea. Whether you desire to buy or build your online business from scratch, begin taking action right where you are, every single day.
Alexander Woollcott said it well: Many of us spend half our time wishing for things we could have if we didn’t spend half our time wishing.
So stop wasting your time merely wishing to own an online business and start doing what you need to do to make it a reality!
